In addition, he hopes to be able to cover the Healthcamp Toronto (http://healthcamp.ca/) – I have not been to a Healthcamp yet, so I am looking forward to learning.

Sunwapta Falls: Turbulent Waters
Not far from the Icefields Parkway, south of Jasper, is the aptly named Sunwapta Falls meaning “turbulent waters” in the native tongue of the Stoney Indians.
Originating from the Athabasca Glaciers, the volume of water caused by the glacial meltdown was high in early summer, when we were there.
The small island in the middle of the Sunwapta River just up stream of the falls is, in my opinion, what makes the upper Sunwapta Falls beauteous.
Do make sure to make a detour to this falls when in the area. For more Sepia Scenes, click here.
Lawrence of Arabia at Dundas Square
Tonight there was a free film being shown at Dundas Square on a LED screen. The best about it: It was Lawrence of Arabia, a film already our history teacher at high school was recommending us. And also were there English subtitles! (Yes, that exists!) So basically just the best.
I really enjoyed the show. – That film is awesome!
Back at home, James shew me some pictures of his trips near Vancouver and from Bruce Peninsula, where they are going next week-end.

Congratulations Canadian Bars and Cops
Adam “Pacman” Jones is about to find out what a rouge is. The former Cowboy has signed on with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.
“It’ll be a good experience for me to get back in game shape and compete and play football, which I like to do,” Jones told SI.com. “I’m real happy for the opportunity that’s been given to me. Of course it’s disappointing to me to not be playing in the NFL. But things happen and you have to adjust. “
The CFL is already in season and the deal may have an out if an NFL job pops up.
Travel to Vancouver - Day 2
Places: Minoru Chapel | Gastown District | Robson Street
Day 2 Restaurants: Century | New York Fries | Tropika On Robson
I started my second day in Vancouver with a short drive to Richmond. Checked out the chapel where the wedding would be on the following day and some locations scouting for portraits. Minoru Chapel is the cutest chapel I’ve ever seen. It might be small, but it has a lot of character. It was love at first sight.
After that, I headed to Gastown District to meet up with two of my Vancouver photographer friends.
Kristel Wyman and Amber Hughes, both local photographers, were so kind to show me Gastown and took me to a nice lunch at Century.
Tortilla Soup – spicy tomato soup, manchego, cheese, avocado, sour cream, crispy blue corn tortilla
Chipotle Beef Sliders – trio of mini beef burgers, chipotle, peppered edam cheese, gerkins
Lamb Chops
We weren’t done after that. Kristel and Amber insisted on taking me to another place for a special Canadian “treats”. I kept guessing maple syrup (please excuse my ignorance!), but turned out it was poutine – cheese curd and beef gravy with fries.
Shortly after a full meal, I headed back to the hotel to meet up with my family. And guess what? It was almost time for dinner! With a very short distance walk to Robson Street, my cousin took us to Tropika Restaurant for some Asian food to satisfy my mom and aunt.
Sotong Belachan – some sort of spicy squid
Hainan Chicken
I ordered a Green Curry Chicken, it was one of the best I’ve had.
Deep Fried Chicken Wings with Red Bean Cheese Sauce (I think. )
Sunset time on Robson Street.
